Major refurbishment of an existing office building in the West End. The Strand Island building was rebuilt in the 1980s following a fire, retaining the attractive brickwork and terracotta listed facades on Chandos Place and Bedford Street, and placing a new Post-Modern facade on Agar Street next to Zimbabwe House.

The main improvements include the re-building of the main vertical core, and addition of extra office space on two sides of the internal lightwell. The lightwell will be refurbished and re-clad. An enlarged and refurbished entrance and facilities will be created, and additional offices at roof level will be provided.
