Restaurant De Kas, The Greenhouse, is based in the former nursery garden of Amsterdam, that was built in 1926. The menu is based on the actual, own harvest and the best ingredients of local suppliers.

Piet Boon Studio www.pietboon.com has designed the interior design.

This beautiful combination results in a well visited restaurant, both for lunch and dinner.
